My Story
I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs surrounded by people with grit, perseverance and a drive to succeed. By the time I was 29, I was President of a unit of a $2bil public company. After over 20 years in general management, including President and CEO roles, I opened my own firm working with business owners who value a great place to work culture while achieving superior financial results.

As a CEO and President, I’ve turned around underperforming companies in both the public and private sectors including as a non-family CEO of a long-standing family business.
While naturally friendly and approachable, I’m also a no-nonsense straight-talker driven by results. When leading planning sessions, I work very hard to get executive teams talking. I ask penetrating questions challenging assumptions and forcing executives to re-evaluate current positioning, strategies and results.
Through my coaching, planning and workshops, I provide business owners, CEOs and managers with the tools they need to accelerate profitable growth, align their teams and integrate long-term thinking into daily activities.
